Recipe
1 bag fresh baby spinach, washed
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 tsp soy sauce
Heat olive oil and soy sauce in a frying pan over medium heat. Add spinach a handful or two at a time, stirring constantly. Once spinach has wilted, serve immediately.
